Perhaps this is really what we're after with the s24o. I found this image in a box of slides that I'm scanning. Family photos can teach a lot about the early roots of our current interests. I remember this bike and the early days of my good, long lifetime as a cyclist. This bike took me around the block, then around the neighborhood, and it led to where I am now -- a guy who is happy when adventuring under my own power.  And what power it is. We all have it. It's free, it is renewable, and it propels the spirit and our smiles. 

I'll be on an s24o soon celebrating another year as a middle-aged dude. But when I ride, I feel exactly the way I felt in this picture from the late 1960s.  I don't feel that way in the car.
